Newborn

I thoroughly enjoyed my first week of no running in a while.  I finished my half marathon last week and actually enjoyed it, which was a suprise to me since I'm no runner.

Editing these pics made me want to take a nap. The mother of this little sweetie is a wonderful piano player, so I couldn't help myself:) It was totally worth cleaning up the pee, haha.

Utah Photography Locations

Finding a spot to take cute pictures does not have to be complicated.  When your driving around town keep your eye out for brightly colored walls, an old bard, or even just a vacant lot with tall grasses and wildflowers/weeds in it. They can all be really pretty.  This birthday shoot is a good example, I spotted this awesome florescent blue wall while driving through town, and thought it would make the perfect spot to match this little boy's colorful personality.

He never runs out of expressions.  Haha.

I heart iphones

I officially know how long I can comfortably survive without a phone.  I used it on Sunday and noticed it was dying...did I plug it in?  Of course not...I would rather listen to the incessant beep and then let it die in an unknown location in my house (apparently, cause that's what I did). Two days later, still no phone despite all of my searching.  What did I do today? Well, I got myself an iphone, and I'm proud of it.  I'm sorta glad I can't find my old one, but I do hope it turns up eventually just so I can stop wondering where it is.  I'm rather enjoying my first smart phone and even know how to use itunes now (because the guy at the Verizon store set up my account, haha).  So in other words, I have officially joined the 21st century. Yay.

Editing pictures makes me REALLY bad at doing laundry.  I guess I can get to that clothes mountain tomorrow...or maybe I should just buy new ones.  ha...if only. Editing this little man
 was way more fun.
